The 15 minute Meet and Greet visit is free of charge.  Monthly Subscription Package is $99/month + $99 one time nonrefundable enrollment fee. Non-membershp prices include 60 min Initial visits $450 and 30 minute  Follow Up visits are $250.  A Metabolic Assessment is $59.  This is a cash based practice and payment is due at the time of service.

I am looking for Volunteers & Collaborators for FREE virtual Breast Cancer Prevention support group 💗 Dr. Munoz is a breast cancer survivor and triple board certified physician (Lifestyle Medicine, Preventative Medicine & Public Health and Family Medicine) interested in starting a FREE virtual support group for prevention for those at risk of breast cancer, experiencing current breast cancer at any stage and breast cancer survivors who want to prevent recurrence. Of note, these interventions are intended as a supplement to treatment and not a replacement for treatment The group will focus on evidence based Lifestyle Medicine & Preventative Medicine interventions.  If you're interested use contact form to send your information.

Coaching focuses on achieving goals that are set by the client using lifestyle changes, health education, positive psychology and principles of motivational interviewing.  It is different from medical care as it does not involve diagnosing, treating, prescribing medication or ordering lab work.  It is highly recommended that you maintain a close relationship with your primary care doctor for annual preventive health exams,  lab draws, vaccines and acute and chronic care visits. 
It is required that you have a primary care physician and are willing to sign a release of information in order to receive coaching services.
