The 15 minute Meet and Greet visit is free of charge.  Initial visits are $200 for 60 minutes and follow up visits are $100 for 30 minutes.  This is a cash based practice and payment is due at the time of service.

Coaching focuses on achieving goals that are set by the client using lifestyle changes, health education and principles of motivational interviewing.  It is different from medical care as it does not involve diagnosing, treating, prescribing medication or ordering lab work.  It is highly recommended that you maintain a close relationship with your primary care doctor for annual preventive health exams,  lab draws, vaccines and acute and chronic care visits.

I can work with coaching clients from anywhere in the world using virtual visits. In person visits are limited to clients in Rochester NY.
